What are your needs for online payment systems?

For the VETO Tierschutz, it is very important that the online payment system is secure for our customers and donors and that this is also visually embodied by a serious appearance. Our Tierschutz-Shop website is based on transparency, reliability and trust. These basic pillars must also be reflected in our payment system. Fast payment processing and ease of use are also essential to make it easier for animal lovers to donate.

What does your company offer its customer and what makes you and your services special?

The online platform VETO Tierschutz starts large fundraising campaigns for animals in need. Over 500 tested animal welfare associations have created wish lists on www.tierschutz-shop.de which visitors to our website can use to easily donate food. We organize the transport of the feed to animal shelters at home and abroad. Animal lovers and donors can track everything transparently and regularly receive pictures and videos of the donations received. This gives the donors proof of the use of their funds. Thanks to our fundraising campaigns, several thousand tons of feed have already been collected in just two years. At Christmas 2015, Tierschutz-Shop set a world record in which we collected donations of over 200,000 kg of feed in just 30 days. In addition to direct donations, pet owners can also order food for their own pet in our online shop. All 6,000 products are animal-free fur and leather. In doing so, they also support animal welfare in two ways. Furthermore, our company pays a premium to an animal welfare association for every order amount. Since it was founded in May 2014, over € 300,000 has been paid out.
